Refund & Returns Policy

Our fair and transparent refund policy for all Nesark services.

General Refund Policy

  • NESARK offers a 3 days money-back guarantee strictly on eligible non-communication services such as software tools or managed service setups, where no usage has occurred. This guarantee does not apply to SMS, Voice, WhatsApp, RCS credits, or any prepaid communication service once activated or delivered. The reason for the refund request must be valid and fall under our acceptable criteria.
  • Once your refund is processed, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • All communication platform services are provided on a prepaid basis. Once payment is made and credits or access are delivered, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
  • Refunds are not applicable for unused SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, or Voice credits, once they are activated or added to your account.
  • Once a software license is activated by digital product key, no refunds will be given under any circumstances.
✗ Refunds NOT Applicable For
  • Change of mind
  • Misuse of panel or API access
  • Delay due to user-side issues (document errors, verification delays)
  • Unused wallet credits once activated
  • Violation of Terms of Service
  • Spam, fraud, or prohibited content usage
✓ Refunds MAY Be Granted For
  • Service not delivered as described
  • Technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team
  • Verified duplicate payments (within 48 hours)
  • All payments made to NESARK are inclusive of 18% GST as applicable under Indian tax law. GST once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it is remitted directly to the Government of India. In approved refund cases, only the base amount excluding GST will be refunded.

Duplicate Payment

  • In case of a duplicate payment, users must raise a request within 48 hours at info@nesark.com along with payment proof.
  • Verified duplicate payments will be processed as wallet credit adjustment or refund to the original payment method, at the sole discretion of NESARK. The decision will be communicated within 2 business days of verification.

How to Request a Refund

  • Email us at info@nesark.com with your registered username, payment proof, and reason for refund request.
  • All refund requests must be raised within 3 days of the transaction, except for duplicate payment claims which must be raised within 48 hours as specified in the Duplicate Payment section above.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
⚠️ Important Notice

NESARK reserves the right to deny any refund request if the user violates any terms of service or uses the services for spam, fraud, or prohibited content. All decisions made by NESARK regarding refunds are final.
