• Credits purchased on the NESARK platform are valid as per the validity period specified at the time of purchase. NESARK aims to offer long-term validity plans wherever possible to give clients maximum flexibility. Unused credits that expire after the validity period are non-refundable as outlined in our Refund Policy.
• We believe your growth is our growth. Our pricing supports long-term partnerships, not short-term profits.
• The price you see is the price you pay. We don't believe in adding surprise costs after the fact.

GST & Tax Policy

• All listed prices are exclusive of 18% GST unless otherwise stated.
• GST charges are mandatory on all plans as per Indian tax law.
• GST invoices will be provided for all transactions upon request.

Credit Validity & Expiry

• Credits purchased on the NESARK platform are valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Validity periods may vary by plan and service type. NESARK aims to offer long-term validity plans wherever possible. NESARK reserves the right to update validity terms with prior notice to clients. Expired credits are non-refundable as outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Price Changes

• NESARK reserves the right to revise pricing with prior notice to clients.
• Existing prepaid credits will continue to be honoured at the rates at the time of purchase.
• Price changes will be communicated via email and updated on our website.
